Real questions. Honest answers
Everything you’d like to know
Planning a wedding brings up many questions. Here you will find answers to the most important topics regarding cooperation, process and planning.
01
Why do I need a wedding planner?
A wedding planner keeps track of everything for you, works out the budget, selects the right suppliers, and is a great help with all the other wedding preparations.
If you’re busy with work or simply don’t feel like looking for the right venue for example, the wedding planner will be happy to take care of this. The planner’s experience and contacts ensure you get the very best quality, so that you can celebrate your own uniquely designed dream wedding.
02
Why should you book me?
For me, there’s nothing better than being there for two people on one of the most important days of their lives. I do what I do out of passion. My strengths definitely lie in organising and planning, and in keeping cool and calm even in stressful situations. I’m reliable, I think ahead, and I have a good sense of timing. At the same time, I am very empathetic and emotional, which is why I sometimes find myself shedding a tear or two during those special moments. With my expertise and personality, I will ensure that your celebration runs smoothly, because for me, the most important thing is that you can enjoy your day carefree.
03
How can you book me?
We’ll have an initial, no-obligation chat to see if we’re a good match.
If you then decide to have me be part of your big day, I’ll send you a detailed quote tailored to your needs.
Once you’ve confirmed the quote, we’ll sign a legally binding contract, and then we can get started straight away.
04
How far in advance should a wedding be planned?
Ideally, you should start planning 12 to 18 months ahead to create a successful wedding. The earlier we start planning, the more time and choices we’ll have to find and secure the best venue and suitable suppliers for you. But of course, I’ll also be happy to help if there’s less time before the wedding.
If you decide to hire me as your wedding celebrant, even just a few months notice is sufficient, and I can also be available at short notice. All of this can be discussed on an individual basis.
05
How much does wedding planning cost?
Every wedding is unique. The cost always depends on the scope of the planning and your wishes. Let me know your budget and, once we’ve had a chance to get to know each other, I’ll draw up a clear quote for you.
